What This Role Is About
We are looking for a Sales Manager to take complete ownership of GEA Homogenizers in the South region (TN, KA & KL). This is not just a field sales job. This is a consultative selling role that demands technical depth, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Most customers will be from the formulation, R&D, and production teams in pharma and biotech. You will need to understand their applications, guide them with the right solutions, and support them until conversion.
We are not looking for someone to chase leads blindly. We want someone who will build trust, develop long-term accounts, and make Inkarp the preferred partner for homogenization.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own the GEA homogenizer business in Karnataka and drive the entire sales cycle
- Identify and build new customer accounts in pharma, biotech, and research sectors
- Work closely with application and service teams to deliver the right solutions
- Maintain strong funnel discipline and monthly forecast accuracy
- Ensure customer satisfaction even after the sale is closed
- Provide technical feedback from the field to the product management team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of capital equipment
- Preference for candidates who have worked with process equipment, bioprocess systems, or homogenizers
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills
- Someone who can build credibility with scientists and procurement teams alike
