Location: Paris-based position, with 2-3 days per week at the sponsor’s office in Puteaux or on-site visits, and 2 days working from home.
Profile: We’re seeking experienced CRO CRAs with at least 3 years of independent monitoring experience.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Full ownership of investigator sites for assigned studies with responsibility for the successful management of the site right through to close-out
  • Planning and conducting various site visits (feasibility, site selection, interim and close-out) in accordance with the clinical monitoring plan
  • Developing effective relationships with investigator site staff to ensure that key clinical metrics are met
  • Preparing for and attending investigator meetings, coordinating the timely shipment and the subsequent proper storage and accountability of clinical supplies and following-up of drug safety issues
  • Ensuring integrity of clinical data through an ability to sufficiently maintain site tracking records and work diligently to relevant guidelines

You will need:

  • A solid, stable background as a CRA with at least 3 years of experience

  • An interest in working across diverse therapeutic areas, including diabetes, cardiology, rare diseases, and obesity (Phase 2-3 studies)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs

  • Strong IT skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure

  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
