Job Purpose (1-2 Lines)

To be a part of protein science team.

Key Responsibilities: (Maximum 5-8 Points)

• Experience in handling mammalian cell lines (adherent or suspension) and transfection procedures.
• Experience in expression of monoclonal antibodies and other proteins in mammalian cell lines (HEK, CHO, Sf9 etc).
• Protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems, experience in affinity, ion-exchange, HIC chromatography methods, column packing, tangential flow filtration.
• Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed Lab Notebooks
• Basic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plus
  
  

Educational Qualification

M.Sc/M.Tech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology /Cell Biology/Biomedical Sciences/ Life Sciences

Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)

• Experience in handling mammalian cell lines (adherent or suspension) and transfection procedures.
• Experience in expression of monoclonal antibodies and other proteins in mammalian cell lines (HEK, CHO, Sf9 etc).

• Sound knowledge of protein expression & purification
• Any Experience with techniques like western blotting, ELISA.
