Industry: Grain, Oils & Fats, Technical Industries

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

  • Managing sales & profitability responsibility for Grain, Oil & Fats and Technical industries’ customers across MEIA (Middle East, India, Africa) regions via remote engagement
  • Being closely involved in the budgeting and planning processes
  • Adopting digital tools and services for remote sales and service differentiation (eg: Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace etc)
  • Driving implementation of customer segmentation and engagement models
  • Engaging actively with Strategy Deployment, Commercial transformation & Regional Inside Sales counterparts to co-create the Novonesis Inside Sales engine
  • Capturing customer feedback and improving ways of working

In Order To Succeed, You Must Possess

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales processes
  • 5+ years of experience in Starch/ Oils & Fats/ Distilling industry along with significant technical expertise
  • Basic understanding of some of the technical industries (Textiles/ Leather/ Pulp & Paper)
  • Graduation in Biotech/ chemistry/ Lifesciences/ Pharma/ Textiles/ related fields. Post grad in Management is a plus
  • Strong understanding and adoption of Novonesis digital solutions
  • Metrics driven approach and data-orientation (Proficiency in MS excel and Data analytics)
  • Language capabilities: Proficiency in English. Basic Knowledge of Arabic language would be a plus
