Role Purpose: Responsible for Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of Formulation OSD area equipment’s (Compression machine, Coating machine, FBE machine, Blender machine, Blister packing machine and RMG) and related facilities.

Role Accountabilities

• Responsible for all QMS documentation related to formulation unit, (S18FDC, A1FDC & S18 warehouse).
• Responsible for all time audit readiness and compliance to the GMP requirement
• Following established procedures and policies of the Syngene company.
• Adherence to standard operating procedures, safety, cGMP, GLP and EHS requirements
• Overview and ensuring the Formulation OSD facility and its equipment are complying as per the GMP requirement.
• Process equipment Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance.
• Equipment master list, PM calibration planners and ensuring. Adhering by the team.
• Preventive maintenance of equipment and facility are executed as per the planner.
• Breakdowns and maintenance are attended as per service level agreement.
• Review and procurement of required inventory to ensure equipment uptime as per the KPI.
• Preparation, reviewing and establishing departmental procedures.
• Ensuring timely closure of QMS documentation like, CAPA, Investigations/ Deviation, Change control, Risk assessment and any other departmental documents.
• Actively participation of facility audits, internal audits and closure of observation.
• Reviewing and analyzing energy and utility consumption, take up the measures for control of the consumption.
  

Education: B.E or B. Tech

Experience: Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industries, preferably OSD.
