Who You Are

  • M. Pharm /M. Tech or related discipline with Experience in formulation development & process.
  • Technical communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi
  • Have a good presentation skill.
  • Ability to adapt to new ways of working in hybrid set up.
  • 40-50% business travel.
  • Occasional global travel.
  • Sound knowledge of large molecule formulation development such as Therapeutic proteins, Vaccines and Plasma or techno commercial experience of process materials and Excipients in these applications.
  • Ability to understand customer’s challenges in process & formulation development & suggest a suitable solution from available product & services.
  • Sound knowledge of Biomanufacturing process steps such as late downstream, purification and formulation

Your Role

  • Lead the sales development activities for excipients from early stage and contributing to achieving the sales targets by collaboration with sales team to close the opportunities within opportunity life cycle for India & subcontinent.
  • Increase opportunity win rate by driving New Product introduction and competitive conversion initiatives.
  • Driving regional GTM initiatives, Ne product launch, thought leadership activities & representing organization at various technical conference.
  • Partner with Account manager to develop regional commercial strategy to achieve short- and long-term business growth goals.
  • Technical training of internal as well as external customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through their process and products with good scientific acumen.
  • Bring customer and market intelligence back to internal teams to contribute to organisation strategy.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging customer needs to drive strategic positioning and differentiated solutions.
  • Collaboration and working with multiple teams such R&D, Quality, Regulatory and cross functional commercial teams.
  • Post doctorate degree in a relevant field of Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Science.
  • Industry experience in Biomanufacturing process steps such as late downstream, purification and formulation
