We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Pharma Consulting to lead growth for NSF’s Life Sciences division, specialising in Pharmaceuticals. You’ll work with some of the world’s leading pharma manufacturers, supporting them with consulting solutions that strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
This is a high‑impact commercial role where you’ll shape NSF’s growth, open new markets, and represent a trusted global brand.

Including, but not limited to:
- Hunt for and win new business across the pharmaceutical sector
- Develop and grow strategic accounts, progressing them into long‑term key clients
- Build deep relationships with pharma manufacturers, healthcare organisations and senior decision‑makers
- Deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals that showcase NSF’s consulting expertise
- Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth across your territory
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Consulting SMEs and Business Unit Leaders
- Represent NSF at industry events, tradeshows, conferences and client workshops
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory change and competitor activity to position NSF effectively
- Own and manage your sales pipeline, keeping Salesforce CRM fully up to date
- Background in consultative B2B sales, ideally within pharma, life sciences or complex technical services
- Proven success winning high‑value accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to influence senior stakeholders including QA, Regulatory, Operations and C‑Suite
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical environments, regulatory expectations and industry trends
- Degree in business, science or a related field is desirable , or equivalent relevant experience
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and confident operating both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable travelling across the UK and Europe
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
