Are you a proactive and motivational manager? We're looking for a Resourcing & Commercial Manager to join our team and oversee the commercial operations and recruitment of clinical workers for our diagnostics services.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Clinical Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.
💡 About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Oversee a team of clinical coordinators and workforce executives, conducting regular 121s and supporting on their development.
- Ensure all live and mobilising contracts are fully staffed within SLA, via the correct recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collate and monitor operational and commercial KPI’s, designed to provide assurances around the effective use resources, and appropriate resourcing of contracts to reduce costs.
- Oversee payroll for our workforce, ensuring all timesheets are paid and handled in a timely fashion to ensure the highest level of customer service and accuracy.
- Analyse and report on commercial performance.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Commercial experience with competence analysing and reporting on financial data.
- Previous workforce management or recruitment experience.
