Job Description

Criteria

  • Candidates with post-graduation in any stream.
  • Min 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Cambridge/CBSE schools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively and develop good working relationships with parents.
  • Willingness to take on added responsibilities.
  • Possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Self-management and ability to deal with pressure.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing and preparing examination-related documents, including question papers, answer scripts, and reports.
  • Assisting in the compilation and maintenance of examination records and data entry.
  • Formatting and formatting examination schedules and result sheets.
  • Managing correspondence related to examination activities via email or written communication.
  • Assisting with the distribution and collection of answer scripts and other exam materials.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of examination documents and records.
  • Supporting the teachers with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to exams.
  • Filing, organizing, and archiving examination records systematically.
  • Performing any additional duties assigned by the senior leadership team.
  • Helping with IT, photocopying machine related issues.
