🌱Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Research Associate, Analytical Chemistry, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in analytical chemistry will be critical in accelerating our mission to discover new drug candidates—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer oriented Analytical approach is must
  • Should have expertise on Multi instrument handling with fastest fingers
  • Strong skill set in Chromatography techniques like HPLC, UPLC/MS analysis
  • Should have command on Chiral chromatography
  • Expertise on Prep HPLC purification would be value added
  • Ability to safely work in an analytical chemistry lab and maintain a high level of productivity in the laboratory
  • Communicate the status of projects, challenges and results to stakeholders
  • Maintaining laboratory records, Good Computer knowledge, Good communication skills
  • Maintain compliance with Enveda notebook SOPs, internal database and support of Enveda standards for protection of intellectual property
  • Should be able to perform periodic calibration of instruments and its safe maintenance
  • Work closely with medicinal chemists and participate in cross-functional team activities, add value to research projects through creative ideas
  • Basic knowledge of medicinal chemistry principles would be an additional advantage


We’re Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Analytical chemistry 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry
  • Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art Analytical chemistry lab and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Focus and collaborative team approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic; scientific curiosity; can do, will do attitude
  • Good team player and experience of working with different cross functional teams
