We're working with a global biotherepeutics powerhouse and leader in plasma-derived therapies on this exciting opportunity. The Role
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary global teams across Discovery, Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC functions to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Translate high-level scientific strategy into executable project plans with clear timelines, resource allocation, and robust risk management strategies.
• Act as the primary connection point between technical functions, keeping teams focused on critical path milestones and timely decision-making.
• Utilize advanced project management tools like Microsoft Project to manage complex budgets, resource scenarios, and high-level project reporting.
• Present concise, data-driven updates and strategic recommendations to senior executive stakeholders to influence project progression and investment.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical R&D with at least 5 years specifically managing cross-functional drug development programmes.
• Deep domain knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, including Clinical Trial operations, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), and Regulatory affairs.
• Proven track record of delivering high-stakes projects on time and within budget using formal methodologies (PMP or Prince2 certification is highly advantageous).
• Expertise in complex scheduling and project planning using Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise-level PM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (Advanced degree like an MSc or PhD is strongly preferred).
