The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for various tasks including: track and maintain online, classroom, instructor and provider approvals, course offerings, product set up, and systems maintenance.

The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for various tasks including: track and maintain online, classroom, instructor and provider approvals, course offerings, product set up, and systems maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain approvals for courses, instructors, providers and course offerings; ensure appropriate approvals are received
- Data entry of approvals in various systems
- System maintenance and product creation
- Associates Degree with a focus in Regulatory, Law, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 Years' experience with Data entry
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Windows, Internet environment and Excel
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written), highly organized and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, time management, ability to acclimate to multiple systems and platforms. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with personal information/identifiers of students and clients.
- Self-starter who displays initiative and has a passion for ensuring quality work, holds themselves highly accountable, and brings a positive attitude to the team.
- The ideal candidate will have industry experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements of courses/instructor filings, Google platforms knowledge, Order entry databases,
- SalesForce, DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional.
