Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plays a pivotal role and interface between region service sales team and associated GTMs on execution of yearly operating plan for Surgery modality.
- Partner with Regional Service Sales leader, Service Sales Managers and RDSMs to extend product support and ensure that the products priorities and strategy is implemented across regions and zones.
- Identify the opportunities and develop region specific offerings to drive growth on MSA & NMSA (Maintenance Service Agreement, Parts, Tubes, Upgrades Accessories)
- Identify, mentor and lead a team of Surgery products Service Sales Associates to work and deliver.
- Drive Capture Rates across Imaging sub modalities - provide with timely dashboards, reports and maintain operational discipline across modalities and geographies.
- Responsible for driving new programs/offering in the regions
- Drive price gain and bundling solutions to maximize capture rates, renewal rates & warranty conversions.
- Collaborate with region teams, channel partners, service delivery, operations, sales, service sales in to deliver on operating plan.
- Monitor and track opportunities and funnel on SFDC
- Manage sales backlog, coordinate with OTR team to address any obstacle to fulfilment.
- Conduct regular reviews build up OP mech with Region Sales team/Channel Partners/SSMs/SSAs
- Provide training, sales tools, and marketing collateral to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement
- Conduct market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and identify new business opportunities in the surgical segment
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan promotional activities, workshops, and clinical education initiatives.
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure effective product positioning and market penetration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
- Extensive experience in Health care equipment/service commercial sales, product within diverse geographies and environments.
- Proven track record in KPI-driven performance management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI and reporting tools.
- Commercial expertise in solutions selling, financial analysis or pricing.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage closely with customers and partners.
- Detail-oriented, with a disciplined approach to sales, product management and operational execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in driving performance management and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and regions.
