How You'll Contribute To Our Success

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging Marketing Automation Solution, currently HubSpot, and other 3rd party tools to streamline and unify demand generation, optimizing nurturing and routing, supporting our marketing activities and event management processes globally. You will shape and deliver nurture programs, lead scoring models, and campaign workflows that accelerate pipeline growth and improve engagement with prospects and customers worldwide.

You will play a pivotal role in enabling Gnosis by Lesaffre marketing organization to scale, working closely with stakeholders across regions to ensure campaign excellence, platform adoption, and measurable impact.

What You’ll do as a Global Marketing Automation Lead

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety by following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
  • Work with the Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Manager to:
    • Map, set up, optimize, and maintain automated workflows within the Marketing Automation solution
    • Create playbooks, templates, and documentation to standardize execution
  • Manage marketing automation and lead generation activities:
    • Implement lead scoring, grading, and nurture programs
    • Support ABM initiatives with business units and regional teams.
    • Manage customer data and lead synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Configure and manage contact properties, lists, and segmentation for targeted communications
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all regions
    • Create landing pages and forms to support marketing objectives
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related questions
  • Manage event automation and campaign execution
    • Create and manage automated event registration processes
    • Set up Calendly integrations for scheduling event-related appointments and consultations
    • Develop and implement automated follow-up sequences for event attendees
    • Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other third-party tools
    • Configure and manage cold email solutions in compliance with regional regulations
    • Create and optimize landing pages and forms for event registrations
  • Manage event-related website content
    • Manage event page merchandising on the WordPress website
    • Update event information, registration links, and promotional content
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event pages
    • Collaborate with the content team to optimize event pages for conversion
  • Reporting and analytics
    • Build campaign dashboards to track performance and provide insights for optimization
    • Generate regular reports on automation performance, event registrations, and campaign metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
    • Meet KPIs related to deadlines, lead conversion rate, and routine performance insights
Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience working with CRM platforms and Customer Lifecycle strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Administration, Development, or End-user)
  • Willingness to learn and master HubSpot CRM
  • Knowledge of email marketing principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite products
  • Openness to flexibility in working hours to accommodate coordination with international teams across different time zone


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Health and wellness industry experience is helpful
  • Global experience is a plus
  • Comfortability working with large data sets, Excel, and Power BI, and dashboard tools is desired
  • EST and CST time zones strongly preferred due to collaboration with European counterparts
