Job Purpose

Experienced in the Safety department for API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing plant. .

Educational Qualification

B.E/B. Tech in chemical engineering and Diploma in industrial safety from reputed institute.



Experience

Experienced in Process Safety

Technical Skills

  • Maintain and update Process Safety Information for all processes.
  • Facilitate Process Risk Assessments (PRA)/HAZOP and ensure closure of actions.
  • Ensure compliance with PSM standards and local regulations.
  • Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews for new/modified processes.
  • Deliver process safety and product startup training to operations teams.
  • Support EHSS evaluation during Process for Review stages.
  • Review Batch Manufacturing Records for process safety compliance.
  • Conduct Industrial Hygiene exposure assessments and recommend controls.
  • Perform risk evaluation for Management of Change (MoC) and coordinate reviews.
  • Assist in incident investigations and implement preventive measures.

Adhering to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and result oriented approach during the execution of work.

Self-driven individual with team coordination would be required.
