Hexarad is a healthcare company, and we’re leading the way with cutting-edge medical imaging solutions. As one of the UK’s fastest-growing scale-ups, we were recognised as one of Time’s World’s Top Healthtech Companies for 2025, the UK’s best places to work in Tech 2023 and a Future Fifty company in 2025.
We partner with leading healthcare institutions to deliver accurate and efficient diagnoses. Our mission is to ensure fast and accurate diagnostic outcomes for everyone, everywhere.
OptiRad is a SaaS product that functions as the operating system of NHS Trust radiology departments, enabling those teams to optimise capacity, plan resources and protect clinical time to achieve fast and accurate diagnoses.
As OptiRad Radiologist Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you will be an important part of the product team and responsible for a variety of responsibilities to ensure our product is adding value for our customers and our business. This is a full-time role.
You will love this role if in your day to day you….
- Are happy to execute tasks and juggle responsibilities at the direction of the Head of Product.
- Travel to client sites regularly for in-person engagement and support. Our clients are across the UK, so this could mean one day you may be in Sheffield, and the next in Kent or in Doncaster.
- In addition to on-site visits, provide support via virtual meetings and virtual drop-in sessions.
- Work closely with the radiologists as they use OptiRad to understand their rota, to arrange swaps for MDTs and Hot duty, to manage other clinical responsibilities, and to understand clinical impact of their roster and leave decisions.
- Conduct software demos and training during and after radiologist onboarding. This is more than just feature demonstration. You will be providing these demonstrations in the context of helping them optimise their clinical time and solve problems that get in the way of their ability to leverage their expertise for patient diagnosis.
- Help radiologists understand how OptiRad meets their needs as clinicians, and how OptiRad enables the radiology department to optimise capacity, plan resources and protect clinical time in order to achieve fast and accurate diagnoses.
- Report back to the product management team any requests for new features, product struggles or problem areas highlighted by radiologists.
- Succeed based on your ability to ensure radiologists are engaged, happy with, supportive of and bought-in to OptiRad usage
You will have
- Flexibility and a genuinely positive and enthusiastic outlook for customer engagement is essential for success in this role.
- The ability to understand the high degree of complexity in radiology and inspire the confidence of highly intelligent teams.
- 3-5 years in a product support, customer success, NHS Trust rota management or similar roles.
- A genuine desire to help customers solve problems and understand that software is just one of many ways to do that, and that the ultimate goal is supporting fast and accurate diagnoses for patients.
- Energy and resilience to get things done.
- A combined scrappy entrepreneurial mindset with delivering excellence.
You will not love this role if you...
- Are not prepared to live our values, which are far from corporate speak, and are actively actioned, discussed and assessed as a routine part of the working day. Those values are teamwork, innovation, equality, patient-centred, integrity, quality and excellence. https://www.hexarad.com/about-us/
- Are uncomfortable with taking direction.
- Are not at your best in a fast-paced, hyper-learning, fast-adjusting environment.
- Do not prioritise excellence (as distinct from perfection) and successful outcomes.
- Are not intellectually honest about the quality of delivery and outcomes.
- See mistakes and failures as the end, rather than opportunities to learn, do better and turn them into wins.
What we offer you
- The opportunity to impact patients’ lives when they receive fast and accurate diagnostic information.
- Competitive compensation package.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Remote and hybrid working options.
- Company benefits including private medical insurance through Bupa, Employee Assistance Program, discount health program, monthly snack box delivered to your home, and 3 volunteer days per year.
