Job Summary

This position will be responsible for achieving sales target in assigned accounts/territory by building strong customer relationship through regular visits to customers, promoting our products, providing clinical training on product usage, troubleshooting, identifying tender opportunities, and developing new business opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales target set for the territory
  • Achieve profitability within the territory
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics
  • Identify tender opportunities and develop proposals accordingly
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities such as free samples, demonstrations, price discounts etc.
  • Make regular visits to key customers to provide clinical training on product usage, answer questions and resolve issues related to products
  • Provide feedback to marketing on product performance and competitor activity
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with potential customers
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and trends


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science / Pharmacy / Microbiology / Biotechnology
  • Experience of working in medical devices industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Proficient computer skills
