Job Title: Human Resource Assistant (HD Generalist)

Job Summary:

To assist HD department as well as Division Office for efficient and effective facilitation of HD business processes in the district level. The HD Generalist is responsible in preparing and processing documents in all HD processes in coordination with Division HDM/Central Office such as, communications, deployment, regularization, separation, benefits, staff relations, training, and payroll related information.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Mass Communications, BS Business Administration preferably major in Management or any other related field.
  • Experience in Human Resource or Administrative work of at least 1 year.
  • Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).
