Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Gov. Fermin Caram St., Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo
Job Summary: A customer service representative is responsible for providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints and inquiries. This includes but not limited to answering calls, responding to messages and emails, and reaching out to internal and external customers when needed. He/she is the frontline support to ensure that customers are satisfied with LBF products, services, and policies.
- A graduate of BS in Mass Communications, Development Communications, Business Management or its related.
- Experience in customer handling online, phone, and in person
- At least 1 year experienced in the field of customer service work.
