We are looking for 6 FIELD ENGINEER for the Infrastructure Information Communications Technology Department to be deployed at the LifeBank Field Office and shall be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

Job Summary:

  • The Field Engineer (FE) will provide technical support and maintenance of all ICT equipment and computer networks and systems in all field offices within the designated District group.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and other related field of study or equivalent combination of education
  • Minimum 2-year hands on experience providing technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and computer systems including experience in different network devices and computer systems.
  • Willing to be trained at LifeBank Iloilo City, travel, and be assigned to ANY area within the organization (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Must have a basic knowledge of networking skill (protocols, workgroups, domains), various LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, Trunk, EtherChannel, STP, HSRP, VSS, VPC), routing protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, WINS) and networking services (active directories, group policies, files, distributed applications, emails) in an enterprise environment
  • Must have basic knowledge in Server OS (Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux Server Debian Distribution), databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL) and workstations (both Windows and Linux based OS as well as thin clients NoOS) and other office suite applications (Microsoft Office 2010 and above, Visio 2010 and above, etc.)
  • Must have basic knowledge in VoIP infrastructure using 3CX
  • Must have basic knowledge in Server racks, patch panels, structured cabling and cable management
  • Must know basic Repair and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, UPS, scanner, etc.)
