JOB OVERVIEW: The Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS) is responsible for the consolidation and validation of the entire performance data and documents of Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) in the zone) to provide the management factual information and which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports. The OPS is also responsible for the Performance Management System (PMS) orientation for newly regularized/promoted staff; and coordination/communication of all department/staff concerns with relation to PMS-IMP.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge in Performance Management
  • Knowledge in Computer Application such as MS Word, Excel and PPT
  • Knowledge in Basic Statistics
  • Knowledge in Basic HR business processes and policies
  • Knowledge in Microfinance and/or Full understanding of the way an organization operates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A graduate of any four 4-year Business related course preferably BS Business Administration or BS Psychology.
  • At least 2-year experienced in HR
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
