About the job HR Specialist (Learning and Development Specialist)
Job Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist assesses the learning needs of the affiliates, members, and partners; develops and designs the overall structure and content of the training modules; delivers training programs and assess the efficacy of training modules.
Required Qualification:
- College graduate, bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or human resource management preferred but not required.
- With experience in teaching, module development, training delivery, and management of learning programs.
- Experience in microfinance operations is preferred but not required.
- Willing to travel or be assigned anywhere within the scope of the organization.
