We are looking for 1 HR Generalist to be assigned in Cotabato City.
JOB OVERVIEW: The HD Generalist is responsible for preparing and processing documents in all HD processes in coordination with the Zonal HDM/Central Office such as communications, deployment, regularization, separation, benefits, staff relations, training, and payroll-related information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A graduate of BS Psychology, BS Mass Communications, BS Business Administration preferably major in Management or any other related field.
- Experience in Human Resources or Administrative work of at least 1 year.
