We are looking for 1 Assistant Auditor at Negros, Philippines
Job Summary:
The Junior Auditor is in charge of performing a Comprehensive Audit in accordance with the audit plan, verifies and validates the financial report of the branch offices, identifies and reports potential risks during the audit course, and makes recommendations for enhancement of business processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts Comprehensive Audit covering operational and financial processes.
2. Conduct testing and analysis of all transactions using samples and other data to prove evidence or absence of risk by comparing to LBF policies and procedures.
3. Verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
4. Encode audit observations in the online monitoring system.
5. Track compliance with audit observations and ensure actions are performed as agreed by the auditees during the exit conference.
6. Conduct investigations into identified or reported misappropriation.
7. Secures the company's assets against unauthorized use or misappropriation.
8. Performs all related task that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
