We are looking for Senior Technical Support Engineer for the Infrastructure Information Communications Technology Department to be deployed at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo.

Job Summary:

  • The Senior Technical Support Engineer (STSE) will be engaged to provide continuous supervision and monitoring of Technical Support Engineers (TSE) supporting the deployment and maintenance of all
    ICT computer equipment and peripherals in all primary sites. The STSE will perform several important tasks including the supervision of the day-to-day operations of all ICT computer equipment and peripherals in all primary sites; and supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, components, and software.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and other related field of study or equivalent combination of education
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience providing network management and support including experience in configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting computer networks and systems
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supervising and leading teams of technical staff
3. Basic and advanced networking certifications preferred but not required
