We are seeking an HD Organizational Development Specialist for the Human Development Department (HR Department) at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo.
Job Summary:
- The position is responsible in reviewing and maintaining job descriptions, maintaining or assisting in designing and developing organizational structure, conducting work volume analysis to ensure that reasonable manpower requirement is aligned with the organizations goal and other aspects of organizations improvement. The position is also responsible in assisting HD Field management for efficient process improvement in collaboration with the IMP operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration (major in Management), or a related course
- Demonstrated track record of relevant experience in HR or at least 1 year preferably in Organizational Development or a relevant field.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines

- The probationary period is P480/working day and upon regularization starting salary is to be discussed
