Key Responsibilities

  • Partner business leaders and line managers on day-to-day HR matters
  • Support employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen team culture and organisational capability
  • Support change management and HR improvement projects where required
  • Ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment legislation and internal policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Approximately 6–10 years of relevant HR generalist and/or HR Business Partnering experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and people-focused environment
