Office Administration Executive
Our client, an international e-commerce logistics provider is looking for an Office Administration Executive to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing office administration by ensuring smooth operation of the offices in Singapore. You will also provide executive support to the regional leaders based in Singapore.
Responsibilities :
- Provide executive and secretarial support for senior leaders. This include organising their calendars, arranging meetings & schedules and coordinate business travel arrangements
- Manage office and pantry supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with facilities management personnels & vendors to ensure regular maintenance of office premises and management of external cleaning service providers
- Provide logistics and administrative support for office setup, review vendors and review office administration policies
- Any job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Administration with at least 4 years of secretarial and office administrative support and facilities management experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated efficiency in managing multiple tasks, adhering to deadlines and priorities, as well as effective organisation skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Essential knowledge of basic accounting (AR & AP) is required
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
