Inside Sales Coordinator - Engineering Industry

Responsibilities:

• Be the backbone of the sales efforts by managing a select group of valued customers.
• Prepare sales quotations and price proposals
• Take charge of purchase requisitions to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the sales team closely
• Update and maintain essential sales data in SAP/CRM for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline sales-related tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent business English skills that help you communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Platforms
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales/support role
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Commercial acumen with understanding of the sales process.
• Well-organized with good time management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
