 Job Description:

Our client is a forward-looking conglomerate with significant regional interests across investments, industrial and real estate. This role sits within the corporate headquarters and reports to the Head of Total Rewards.

The primary mandate for this role is to attract, motivate and retain high-performing or high-potential talents who are aligned with the organizational cultures and values. This is done through refining existing policies across all business entities in accordance to the Groups Total Rewards principles. This role is also expected to lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of global HR systems to meet the everchanging demands of the organization.

The unique nature of this role also suits an individual is who is keen on the following:

  • Span of work that mirrors that of an internal consultant for the Groups individual portfolio companies, creative in designing total rewards initiatives for varied business units across the Group
  • Participation in and in some cases, lead other HR projects that form part of the organizations transformation journey.

The idea candidate is likely to be:

  • Degree qualified in HR/Business or other relevant areas with a minimum of 7 years experience with core exposure within the compensation and benefits space.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and development C&B policies.
  • You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; open-minded, curious, and willing to explore.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
