 Job Description:

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to spearhead their marketing initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute marketing plans that resonate with our organizational vision and align with hospital priorities.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate closely with sales and regional leadership to enhance adoption of our solutions in critical markets.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with hospital executives, positioning the organisation as a preferred long-term partner.
  • Influence Decision-Making: Organise executive summits, strategic roundtables, and peer-learning initiatives to shape hospital decision-making processes.
  • Business Case Development: Utilise real-world data, health economics, and clinical outcomes to build compelling business propositions.
  • Value Messaging: Create impactful messaging that clearly differentiates the organisation in the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to tackle competitive challenges and refine strategies for enhanced hospital engagement.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Work in tandem with sales, clinical, finance, and corporate teams to design and implement effective marketing initiatives tailored for hospitals.
  • Market Alignment: Ensure marketing strategies are in sync with hospital purchasing trends, digital health advancements, and surgical innovations.
  • Industry Engagement: Drive hospital engagement at significant industry events and executive forums.

Experience and Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 to 20 years of experience in marketing within the medical device industries, hospitals, or healthcare. With a minimum experience of 3 years collaborating with hospital C-Suite Executives, or significant healthcare decision-makers.
  • Travel up to 50%
