PR & Marketing Communication Lead
Job Description:
This is a key role in the Group Branding and Communications team, which will drive the integrated brand strategy and establish the brand credibility, particularly in planning and executing its activation, positioning, marketing, and communication activities. The incumbent will need to seek out, engage, negotiate, and maintain the necessary channels including all forms of media, public relations, and communications, both internal and external (hereunder referred as Brand Marketing/PR & Communication) and or other relevant channels to position as well as realize the Well-being movement represented by The Brand.
This team is responsible for Marketing/PR and Communications that will drive the following aspects:
- Drive the marketing/PR and communication aspects aligned with the Integrated Brand strategy: Develop, Translate, and Guard the Brand Marketing/PR & Communication messages.
- Lead the implementation of The Brand Marketing/PR & Communication Position, Represent, Raise Profile of the Brand
- Build and Sustain The Brand Marketing/PR & Communication management and Community/Network Management
Brand Marketing/PR and Communication Developer
Develop the PR & Marketing strategy for The Brand marketing/PR and communication activation and promotion of ESG & Impact Investing strategies to include but not limited to initiatives for:
- Public Relation Campaign
- Marketing Campaigns
- Content Curation and Production
- Channels & Network Management
- Communications & Alignment
and to promote The Brand as the "Impact and Green Future" brand.
Communication
Strategy to raise awareness and perception internally about Sustainability; Identify and establish ways how to involve colleagues in integrating Sustainability in their daily work (e.g. symbolic workplace action about reduce
carbon footprint, waste management, etc.).
Brand Marketing/PR and Communication Translator
PR & Marketing
- Develop PR & Marketing narrative to clearly articulate The Brand proposition relevant to the Impact Pillars (Advocacy, Business, Investment, Philanthropy).
- Develop PR & Marketing channels needed to reach the target market for promotion and impact of The Brand in the marketplaceincluding keeping in touch with up-to-date technologies in this space.
- Develop, review, and keep up to date a PR & Marketing kit to guide and align cross-functional and cross-border PR and Marketing initiatives.
Communication
Develop and maintain a range of PR and branding solutions including but not limited to the brand guide, playbook and a brand management software to provide support and guidance on the Groups brand ethics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Brand Marketing/PR and Communication Guardian
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure alignment and integration of Marketing/PR and Communication strategy and initiatives across the organization with The Brand.
Brand Marketing/PR and Communication Strategist
Monitor and analyse market trends and activities that affect marketing/PR and communication, providing insights and recommendations for renewal, modifications, or changes to the strategy.
- Work with Partnership team to identify and highlight potential joint campaigns between partners / sponsors to amplify impact.
- Manage and align content and messages to the purpose and intention to The Brand.
- Stay up to date with developments to constantly modify and or enhance marketing/PR and communication strategies.
Brand Ambassador
- Source and build newsworthy content to establish The Brand as the thought leader in the well-being and stewardship communities. This includes integrated media communications, creative content development and collateral through a range of prominent channels.
- Manage and deliver positive media exposure publicity for The Brand on both public and social media platforms by our partners (in collaboration with Partnership team).
Brand Messenger
Develop and execute the corporate communication strategy, media relations, issues management, key message including:
- Manage external communications: Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in conferences/fairs/tradeshows).
- Responds in a timely manner, composes, and distributes press releases as needed.
- Collaborate with P&O and CCC team to manage internal communications to provide timely information to employees pertaining to The Brand.
- Manage the alignment of presentation materials to provide updates on conference content development and developing hooks to ensure consistency of messages for Brand credibility.
- Oversee the creation of content for digital channels, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics. Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Driving Internal Communication
- Work with stakeholders cross-functional and cross-border to source and produce stories for key internal communications channels to drive employee engagement (where relevant work with local communications team).

Brand Marketing/PR and Communication Manager
Marketing & PR
Implement and lead the PR & Marketing plans and strategies to reach target market segments of The Brand initiatives and be responsible to:
- Develop and maintain relevant relationships and drive ROI on investments in PR & Marketing, media (including digital and social media).
- Manage budget and evaluate return on investment of marketing initiatives and make suitable adjustments as appropriate including.
- Promote companys brand at trade shows, conferences, and major industry related events, including management of performance of vendors and partners.
- Develop, write content and social media plan, and oversee marketing campaigns to market and promote The Brand, including but not limited to podcasts, bookings, PR, and manage the design and production of promotional materials/collaterals (all forms including digital, print, audio, video etc.)
- Research, analyse and assess market trends, technologies and recommend PR & Marketing & Communication techniques.
- Manage media relations, ensure accuracy of facts on all media collaterals to support positive media outcomes for external communications activities.
Communication
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment in formulating traditional and digital ATL and BTL integrated PR strategies to drive brand awareness.
Community Builder
- Collaborate with events team for the PR & Marketing of networking events.
- Be the primary interface/contact person for specific groups of media partners during the run-up to events and onsite at events.
- Update and maintain a robust network necessary for PR & Marketing.
- Scan, research, and acquire understanding of the well-being and sustainability, maritime, travel and lifestyle landscape and KOLs.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, sustainability, and PR & marketing fields.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing corporate communication strategies to promote ESG, impact investing, and sustainability initiatives.
- Extensive experience in managing external communications, acting as a corporate spokesperson, and responding to media inquiries, press releases, and public relations events.
- Demonstrated expertise in building integrated PR and marketing campaigns for diverse audiences, including creating and aligning strategies for media briefings, contributed articles, blogs, press releases, and events.
- Proven ability to develop PR & marketing kits and tools such as brand playbooks and brand management software for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with partners, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to identify joint campaigns and align messaging for broader impact.
- Skilled in formulating internal communications strategies to drive consistent messaging and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to research and assess market trends, technologies, and PR/marketing techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Proficient in managing budgets and evaluating ROI for PR, marketing, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-border teams, ensuring seamless integration of strategies across the organization.
- Familiarity with the latest communication platforms and technologies to enhance internal and external engagement.
