Deputy Director, Total Rewards
Job Description:
We are seeking a purpose-driven and experienced Compensation and Benefits candidate to join our client at a leading healthcare organization in Singapore. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead C&B initiatives and manage key stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Driving C&B projects (e.g., salary structure reviews, allowance reviews, benefits reviews, recognition, and retention schemes) from end-to-end, including conceptualisation, simulations, implementation strategies, drafting of approval papers, communications and change management.
- Collaborating with HRBPs in the development of new career pathways and review of existing career pathway. Lead the job levelling and salary structure design associated with the career pathway.
- Perform job evaluations and job levelling exercises.
- Assess budgetary impact of C&B decisions.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team.
Education/Training/Experience
- Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 15 years relevant working experience in HR especially Compensation & Benefits
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in total rewards including salary structure design, salary reviews, market benchmarking competitiveness studies, job evaluation.
- Hands-on knowledge in job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry Hay Group will be preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations.
