Our client is a a pioneering holistic wellness hospitality ecosystem. They operate a series of wellness-driven developments in the region. As they are starting up, they are seeking a highly experienced Communications and Branding professional to head up their team. 

The Role

As a key leader in the management team, you will lead brand storytelling, audience engagement, and marketing strategy across platforms. This role will shape online and offline presence, enhance customer experience, and drive digital-first wellness engagement, You will also utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to drive performance insights and refine digital strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment with demonstrated track record within the hospitality space, in particular within the wellness or luxury segment. 
  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications, and audience engagement, preferably in the wellness or hospitality sector.
  • Strong storytelling and branding skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Expertise in SEO, digital advertising, content marketing, and customer experience strategies.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage marketing teams, agency partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
