Our client is a pioneering holistic wellness lifestyle and hospitality ecosystem. They operate a series of wellness-driven developments in the region. As they are in the startup mode, they are seeking a highly experienced marketing and digital communications expert for their team.

This role is perfect for a hospitality veteran, who wants to challenge the tried and tested formulas of hospitality and offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects- from creating exciting commercial packages to spearheading brand statements events and finding ways to innovate guest experiences.

The Role:

Strategic Leadership

  • Chart a forward-looking digital vision grounded in creativity, data, and business priorities
  • Lead cross-platform strategies spanning SEO, SEM, CRM, content, email, and social media

Performance & Growth

  • Translate brand value into measurable business outcomes boosting traffic, engagement, and bookings
  • Use analytics and behavioral insights to inform creative direction and refine guest experiences
  • Align closely with revenue leaders to drive growth, efficiency, and market share

Brand & Content Experience

  • Shape narratives that resonate globally while honoring local relevance
  • Develop campaigns that blur the lines between culture, commerce, and community
  • Build emotional connections through design-led digital storytelling

Campaign & Media Management

  • Oversee digital campaigns from concept to launch, across paid and organic ecosystems
  • Manage integrated communications calendars and media engagement strategies
  • Ensure flawless execution at the property level and support the development of curated local activations
  • Strengthen media relations to amplify visibility and keep our brand culturally front-of-mind

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a diverse team of marketers, creators, and digital experts.
  • Create a growth-driven culture focused on creativity, accountability, and experimentation.
  • Ensure your team has the resources, mentorship, and tools to thrive.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Operations, and Product to ensure brand and commercial alignment.
  • Drive digital transformation across functions while staying true to the essence of hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with digital communication
  • Experience working within international hospitality brands is a must.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact campaigns across digital ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in digital tools, analytics, media strategy, and omnichannel storytelling.
  • Guest Experience Focus- Understanding how digital marketing influences the full guest journey, from discovery to loyalty.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and courageous mindset.
  • A hunger for innovation and a passion for experiences that matter.
