As part of its continued growth in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their flagship retail operations.

About the Role

As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end showroom operations while leading and developing a high-performing retail sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on customer experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.

• Lead and inspire the showroom sales team to deliver exceptional, customer-centric experiences while achieving individual and overall sales targets.
• Drive commercial performance through sales pipeline management, conversion optimisation, margin discipline, and debtor follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring brand-aligned presentation standards, operational compliance, and workplace health and safety.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team while managing administrative, systems, and inventory processes to support showroom excellence.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in leadership capacity within luxury furniture, interiors, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong people leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Commercially driven, with experience delivering sales targets, managing pipelines, and maintaining margin discipline.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage showroom operations and stakeholders effectively.
