Assistant Manager / Manager, Total Rewards & HR Systems
Job Description:
We are supporting a large, established group organization in the search for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Total Rewards & HR Systems.
This role sits at the intersection of Total Rewards, HR processes, and HR systems, and plays a key role in supporting the organization's broader people and transformation agenda. It is well-suited for someone with a strong rewards foundation who enjoys working across businesses, projects, and stakeholders.
The Role
The primary mandate of this role is to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing and high-potential talent who are aligned with the organization's culture and values. This is achieved through the refinement and governance of Total Rewards policies across multiple business entities, in line with the Groups Total Rewards principles.
In parallel, the role is expected to contribute to — and in some cases lead — the continuous evaluation and evolution of global HR systems, ensuring they remain fit for purpose as organizational needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and govern Total Rewards and C&B policies across multiple business entities
- Ensure alignment of rewards frameworks with Group principles, culture, and values
- Act as a functional subject-matter partner on HR systems and HRIS initiatives, translating rewards and HR process requirements into system design and configuration
- Collaborate with HR teams, system vendors, and stakeholders on project delivery, including requirements gathering, UAT, change management, and communications
- Support ongoing evaluation and enhancement of global HR systems to meet evolving organizational needs
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree-qualified in HR, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with strong core exposure in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- Proven track record in the design and development of C&B policies and frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; open-minded, curious, and comfortable exploring new approaches
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
- Experience working across businesses, projects, or transformation initiatives will be highly regarded
