Total Rewards Lead
Job Description:
Our client, a large, purpose-driven organization is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to join their senior HR leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Rewards Management: Lead the design, review, and execution of compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Policy & Governance: Oversee salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits programs in compliance with national guidelines, public sector requirements, and best practices.

Analytics & Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations through benchmarking, compensation surveys, and workforce analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior management, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to advise on total rewards matters, including job evaluation, promotion cases, and performance-linked pay.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional excellence.

Change & Projects: Lead organization-wide C&B initiatives, such as system implementations, benefits harmonization, and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g. GRP, CCP) preferred.

At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in Compensation & Benefits within large, complex organizations.

Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage high-impact projects.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in rewards analytics, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking tools.
