Food and Beverage Supervisor

We're seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our outlet operations and create exceptional experiences for our guests and members. In this role, you'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while driving operational excellence and meeting key departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety legislation, fire regulations, and hotel security protocols
  • Champion environmental sustainability initiatives

Team Management

  • Communicate effectively with team members and delegate tasks to optimize performance
  • Support the Food and Beverage management team in training and developing staff
  • Participate in annual and mid-year performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Advocate for team needs and foster a positive working environment

Guest Experience

  • Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations

Business Performance

  • Collaborate with management to achieve financial targets and KPIs
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives and maintain strong working relationships across the hotel
