Leon and Associated is looking for a Licensed Personal Injury Attorney to join one of our clients in Texas. This position is to work remotely, and you will play a pivotal role in our client legal team and will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, providing legal counsel, negotiating claims, litigation and representing clients in court. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution.

- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluation.

- Develop and implement legal strategies for clients.

- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

- Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to achieve case objectives.

- Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.

- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas (Mandatory)

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law (or within).

- Good knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle a diverse caseload with autonomy.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to client advocacy.

- Fully based in Austin or in Houston is a must.

- Being able to communicate in Spanish will be an advantage.
