We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase app downloads, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budget allocation effectively to ensure cost-efficient ad spending.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting ad assets.
  • Optimize app store landing pages (ASO) to improve download rates and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for software or mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Previous experience in the software or mobile app industry.
