Job Summary

Responsible for technical analysis, T24 application support, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, testing, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze T24 technical requirements.
• Support T24 modules and application components.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents and defects.
• Support interfaces and system integrations.
• Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• T24/Temenos Transact experience.
• Banking technology experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of T24 integrations and interfaces.
