Job Summary

Our client is  growing chartered accountant firm in the UAE, serving diverse SME and corporate clients. They are looking for a driven Sales Associate with a proven track record in accounting, audit, and tax consultancy to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SME and corporate client segments.

- Generate and qualify leads; convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.
- Manage and grow an active pipeline of Accounting, Audit, and Tax service opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales and business development experience within the UAE consultancy sector — specifically in Accounting, Audit, and/or Tax services.

- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and be currently based in the UAE.
