Job Summary
A Business Analyst – Digital Automation is required to support digital banking and automation initiatives by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to digital banking, automation, and product enhancements.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize functional requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into clear inputs for technical teams, ensuring alignment with digital automation objectives.
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Support user acceptance testing by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and tracking defects.
  • Assist in post-implementation activities, including process refinements and change requests.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in documenting and consuming APIs.
  • Functional and/or technical understanding of Temenos T24 and its integration mechanisms.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Banking domain knowledge with exposure to digital banking, mobile banking, and automation initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in business, finance, commerce, or risk management is an advantage.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in the financial industry or financial services consulting with knowledge of core banking functions.
