Our client is  seeking a Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to manage recruitment activities for C2H positions. The candidate will connect organizations with skilled professionals who can transition from contract employment to permanent roles based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for contract-to-hire positions.
• Understand technical and business hiring requirements.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Manage candidate documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Track candidate performance and support conversion to permanent employment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Understanding of C2H staffing models.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
