JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Temenos T24 (Transact) Developer with deep expertise in the Securities (SC) module. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, core configuration, custom development, and end-to-end implementation of wealth management and investment banking solutions. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience managing complex financial instrument lifecycles, trade processing engine behavior, corporate actions processing, and establishing integrations between T24 and global market data providers or custodial networks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. T24 Securities Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, test, and configure T24 applications focusing heavily on Securities (SC), Mutual Funds (MF), Asset Management (AM), and Corporate Actions modules.
- Manage complex parameter setups specific to the securities domain, including asset types, portfolio groups, structural price feeds, and custodial depository matrices.
- Optimize end-to-end trade execution, delivery settlement, and clearing workflows across domestic and international equities, fixed income/debt instruments, and derivatives.
2. Custom Programming & Architecture
- Write, debug, and optimize complex InfoBasic (jBC) routines, local customizations, versions, templates, and batch processing hooks to extend standard capabilities safely.
- Develop multi-threaded file and no-file Enquiries to support specialized wealth reporting, valuation snapshots, and operational business visibility.
- Operate fluidly across both TAFC and TAFJ frameworks, adhering strictly to modern coding patterns, performance benchmarks, and deployment standardizations.
3. Integration & Interface Engineering
- Build, enhance, and maintain highly secure inbound and outbound system interfaces using OFS (Open Financial Service), IRIS / Temenos Integration Framework (TIF), and RESTful APIs. - - Configure robust Straight-Through Processing (STP) rules and manage complex SWIFT messaging workflows (specifically MT5xx/MX series) for automated securities settlement and custody operations.
- Integrate T24 securely with external real-time market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) and external central securities depositories (CSDs) or clearing agents.
4. Environment Support & COB Optimization
- Perform deep root-cause analysis for Tier-3 production support defects, execution bottlenecks, and core application bugs.
- Support and continuously optimize the Close of Business (COB) batch infrastructure, specifically mitigating performance drag within heavy overnight processing routines such as asset valuation updates and automated corporate action distributions.

- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of core banking development experience strictly dedicated to the Temenos T24/Transact platform.

- Infrastructure: Practical familiarity operating within Unix/Linux environments alongside relational database management configurations (Oracle, MSSQL).
PREFERRED / "GOOD TO HAVE" SKILLS
- Hands-on configuration experience with the wider Temenos Wealth Suite components (TAP Core/Triple'A Plus, TTI, Gateway Pack).
- Familiarity navigating T24 cloud-native containerized architectures or modern upgrade methodologies on recent releases (e.g., R23/R24+).
