Experience: Proven B2B sales experience (HR recruitment or consulting background preferred)
Language: Excellent English communication skills required
Qualification: BBA or a related degree (HR specialization is a plus)
Region: Middle East-focused, Canada, India, and beyond

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business clients for HR recruitment services.
  • Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach strategies to generate leads.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote HR and recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Present and sell recruitment services to businesses across target regions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to enhance service offerings.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and selling services (preferably HR recruitment or consulting).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is a plus.
