Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3.Experience in hard selling, visiting companies to demonstrate product/service is an add on advantage
4.Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting product/service benefits and features.
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
6. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
7. Stay up-to-date on product/service offerings,
features, and benefits.
8. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
9. Provide regular sales reports, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2.Experience:1 -2 years must have tele sales Experience, cold calling ,1to1 selling and software selling is plus advantage
3. Skills:
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
