T24 Organizational Design Specialist

Job Description:

As an Organizational Design Specialist at T24, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our clients' organizational structures, processes, and systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.

2. Design and implement organizational changes to support business objectives.

3. Develop and maintain organizational design models, frameworks, and tools.

4. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify solutions.

5. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather data and insights.

6. Analyze data and develop insights to inform organizational design recommendations.

7. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

8.Experience with tools like BPMN, Visio, or similar software.

9. Familiarity with tools like ERwin, PowerDesigner, or similar software.

10. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, or similar software.


Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in organizational design, management consulting, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of organizational design principles, models, and frameworks.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
