Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) Fleet Financing (Corporate Banking)



Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
Duration: 3-4 months (Urgent Deployment)

Our client is urgently seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in fleet financing within the corporate banking sector, ideally in the GCC region. 

Experience Required:

10-15 years in banking, non-banking financial institutions, or leasing companies, with expertise in:

• Fleet financing & vehicle leasing (commercial & SME segments)
• Structured finance & asset-backed lending for movable assets
• SME & corporate financing with dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Product development & risk management in fleet financing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fleet leasing & asset-backed financing strategies
• Manage relationships with corporates, SMEs, and government entities
• Conduct risk assessment, credit evaluation, and compliance for fleet financing
• Drive business growth & strategic partnerships in fleet financing
• Lead teams in structuring & executing financing solutions

Technical Skills:

• Financial Structuring: Fleet financing models, risk assessment, portfolio management
• Credit Risk: Credit evaluation, balance sheet analysis, loan default mitigation
• Product Innovation: Digital banking & asset-backed financing solutions
• Legal & Contract Management: Leasing contracts, loan agreements, collateral structuring

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or Risk Management (Engineering/Logistics degrees with finance experience may be considered)
• Masters (MBA, MSc Finance/Banking) preferred
• Certifications: CFA, FRM, or CLFP are a plus
