Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
1. Check-in and Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding passes.
2. Flight Information and Scheduling: Provide passengers with flight information, schedules, and travel documentation.
3. Customer Support: Resolve passenger complaints and concerns, offering solutions and alternatives when necessary.
4. Airport Navigation: Assist passengers with navigating the airport, including directions to gates, baggage claims, and other facilities.
5. Special Assistance: Provide support for passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or escort services.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma: Required
2. Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and think critically
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
6. Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages may be required)
